关于封頭加热的问题
需成型的大型封頭和厚度超过14mm的封頭要加热的原因：封頭尺寸大，板厚厚，变形抗力很大，不易变形。加热可以提高材料的塑性，降低变形抗力。
对冷压、旋压的封頭要进行热处理的原因：冷压变形后（旋压也是在冷态下进行的），封頭的硬度、强度增大，塑性、韧性降低，出现加工硬化现象。热处理可以消除此现象，提高材料的塑性、韧性，降低硬度。
加热和热处理不是一回事，但加热成型时，成型后的余热有热处理的作用，所以，热压后的封頭一般不需要再进行热处理。
